MPs on patrol
Team conducts realistic recovery training

Sgt. Greg Parton and team members from the 153rd Military Police (Combat Support) Rear Detachment, set out on Saturday afternoon, April 12, to conduct a training recovery operation. His team participated in the combined Field Training Exercise, held at the New Castle Rifle Range (NCRR) Training Site, during April's drill weekend.

Members of the forward patrol team notified Staff Sgt. John Clancy, detachment sergeant, 153rd, two soldiers were simulating having been "killed in action" during a mock assault while they were on patrol.

Parton and his team would be required to approach the area, secure it and return the soldiers' bodies to the operations area. Parton's team successfully completed this mission.
