Restored Vietnam painting presented to ANG

Lt. Gen. William H. Duncan (ret.), Chairman of the Delaware National Guard Heritage Committee, presents a recently restored and reframed Jamie Wyeth painting to the Brig. Gen. Jon D. Jacobs and the Delaware Air National Guard. The painting depicts the landing of a Delaware Air National Guard C-97 in Vietnam. Jamie Wyeth served in the Delaware Air National Guard during the Vietnam War period leaving behind his treasured artworks. The restoration was made possible by donations made to the Delaware National Guard Heritage Committee.
