Army Aviation continues to modernize
The last of the flyable OH-58C Jet Ranger helicopters leaves its home of many years in Delaware. The aircraft was flown to the New Jersey Army National Guard Aviation Facility in Trenton, New Jersey, on Thursday, April 24.

Evans retires after 24 years of service
Sgt. 1st Class Becky S. Evans celebrated her retirement at Crabber’s cove in Dewey Beach after 24 years of service. With many of her friends and family gathered to wish her well, she received many fine gifts and was awarded the State Command Sgt. Maj. James Vavala Presentation, the Order of the Griffin, and the Meritorious Service Medal.

Soldiers earn 'airman' of quarter award
The Airman and Non Commissioned Officer of the Quarter process at the Security Forces Squadron on Dover Air Force Base was augmented to include the Delaware Army National Guard soldiers this quarter.

Large crowd rallies to support our troops
Dan Gaffney of WGMD 92.7 held a rally to support our troops on Saturday, March 8, at Rehoboth Beach. Over 2000 came out to show their support by wearing their colors, singing songs and cheering on the many soldiers being deployed.
