During the July drill, Jeffery Hicklin was promoted to the rank of specialist. Maj. Valentine Miller and 1st Sgt. Ronald Christy pin on Spc. Hicklin's new rank. Hicklin is assigned to the Extension Node Platoon where he serves as a Transmission System Operator-Maintainer (31R). |
