Delaware National Guard Biden addresses senior leaders, assists with Operation Shoe Box Photos by Senior Master Sgt. Gerald Dougherty, 166th Visual Information Sen. Joseph Biden took time to visit the Delaware National Guard on Friday, December 13 to brief our Senior Leaders and staff on his recent 10-country trip to Afghanistan. As part of the senator's trip, he visited with our 153rd Military Police Company, which has been serving in Saudi Arabia since August. After the briefing, Biden visited our Aerial Port where we were palletizing items collected as part of Operation Shoe Box to be sent to the 153rd. The soldiers of the 153rd should receive this 2,000-pound care package in time for Christmas.
