Gregg Carlen was awarded the Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) by Lt. Col. Laura Sievert, Commander of the 280th Signal Battalion and Brig. Gen. Jim Dougherty, Commander of the 261st Signal Brigade, for meritorious service while assigned as Commander, HHC, 280th Signal Battalion.
