945th receives Supply Excellence Award

The 945th Collection & Classification Company was presented the Supply Excellence Award on Jan. 11. Brig. Gen. Ronald Stewart and Col. Peter Fedorkowicz recognized the unit for having the "Best Supply Operation" in the Delaware Army National Guard for Train Year '02.
 
The 945th C&C Co. and Staff Sgt. Sonja Robbins distinguished themselves by achieving the highest evaluation score of all participating units. The 945th C&C Co. nomination was endorsed and forwarded to the Regional Competition held in Atlantic City, NJ, on Nov. 6-8. During the regional competition, the 945th was recognized as first runner up for our region (Region 1B) award, which consists of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
 
Brig. Gen. Ronald B. Stewart stated, "This recognition, considering it's our first competition at the region level, is well deserved and reflects great credit on our state and the 945th."
