Delaware National Guard Haser makes Colonel Photos by Capt. Gerry Pennington  Christopher Haser was promoted to the rank of Colonel. Along with him are his family members January 12 at the Dover Readiness Center. Left to right, is his Father Jack Haser, his wife Cheryl, his Mother Irene Haser and their daughter Kristen.   Brig. Gen. James Dougherty, Commander of the 261st Signal Brigade, gave a few words sighting that it seemed like only yesterday when ‘Chris’ came to us from active duty as a Lieutenant. Col. Haser is now The Deputy Commander of the 261st Signal Brigade.
