On Saturday, June 9^th, outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Ruth Irwin, passed the guidon to incoming commander, Maj. Chris Prosser as the Delaware Army National Guard changed command of it’s 31^st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team. Prosser becomes only the second commander of the unit and Irwin took command of the 193^rd Regional Training Institute the very next day.
