31st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team changes command

On Saturday, June 9th, outgoing commander, Lt. Col. Ruth Irwin, passed the guidon to incoming commander, Maj. Chris Prosser as the Delaware Army National Guard changed command of it’s 31st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team. Prosser becomes only the second commander of the unit and Irwin took command of the 193rd Regional Training Institute the very next day.
