Partnerships To Build a Better America

The National Guard is deploying hundreds of DTTP classrooms that will be connected to thousands of access facilities worldwide, connected by a network that is boundless.  These facilities will deliver thousands of courseware titles and informational resources to people in communities all over America who are looking for knowledge, training, new experiences and a better quality of life.  The DTTP, in its efforts in establishing partners in both the public and private sectors, is at the forefront of America's efforts to make life-long learning a reality for all its populace.  Key factors in making the dream a reality are access and affordability.  By building partnerships with agencies and other interests that share the vision, the National Guard and the DTTP are building a better America.

"…we must find a way to make sure every American has access to the resources they need to keep learning  for a lifetime.  Buying lifelong learning should be as affordable as buying a new appliance or financing a car…Let us realize that if we truly want to meet this challenge--then we must do it together.  It will take the best thinking of business, labor, educators and community groups across the country."
