Best shooters compete in State Matches

Each year spotters volunteer to keep an eye on safety during the State Matches.
In May we held our annual State Matches, pitting our best marksmen from both the Army and Air Guard against each other in rifle and pistol competitions. Winners will move on this fall to Camp Robinson, Arkansas, to compete in the national matches. Congratulations to all who participated and special congratulations to Spc. Frank Gaworski of the 249th Engineer Detachment and Staff Sgt. Karl Sturgill of the 262 Maintenance Company, Rifle and Pistol grand champions, respectively.
