On Saturday, March 10th, on the drill floor of the Captain Charles
Corbit Readiness Center in Harrington, Governor Ruth Ann Minner,
Harrington Mayor Robert Price and Maj. Gen. Frank Vavala, Adjutant General
of the Delaware National Guard, signed an agreement providing for joint
use of the Readiness Center by the City of Harrington and the Delaware
National Guard.
