Delaware National Guard  SFC Evans receives the Army Commendation Medal By Spc. Renee Thomas, 193rd RTI Unit Public Affairs Representative Sgt. 1st Class Becky Evans recieves the Army Commendation Medal from Brig. Gen. Ronald B. Stewart, Assistant Adjutant General, Delaware Army National Guard, for her outstanding achievement in leading the accreditation team through their inspection of the 193rd Regional Training Institute. This inspection ensures the academy's authorization to conduct classes.
