Delaware National Guard Air Guard top performers recognized at Annual Enlisted Recognition Banquet   The Delaware Air National Guard announced its First Sergeant, Airman, (Non Commissioned Officer) NCO and Senior NCO of the Year at the Annual Enlisted Recognition Banquet. The Air Guard also held its first enlisted call that Saturday afternoon at New Castle Middle School.
