Delaware National Guard Large crowd rallies to support our troops By Spc. Renee Thomas, 193rd Regional Training Institute Dan Gaffney of WGMD 92.7 held a rally to support our troops on Saturday, March 8, at Rehoboth Beach. Over 2000 came out to show their support by wearing their colors, singing songs and cheering on the many soldiers being deployed. Many local groups came out to honor the soldiers including American Legion Post #28 of Oak Orchard, VFW Ladies Auxillary of Oceanview and a Marine ROTC.
