Detachment Helps Send Kids to Camp

Last STARC Annual
Training for outgoing commander
The
State Area Command Headquarters Detachment traveled to Fort Dix to conduct
"core" Annual Training from May 7 to 10. This abbreviated, yet intense,
period of training marked the final Annual Training period with the unit
for outgoing detachment commander, Capt. Rita L. Wiley.
