261st welcomes new first sergeant

The 261st welcomed Rand Johnson as the new First Sergeant of the Headquarters Company, 261st Signal Brigade in May. Sgt. 1st Class Rand Johnson had recently been selected for promotion and the first sergeant position by the Senior Level NCO Career Management Board. On Saturday afternoon at the Dover Readiness Center, 1SG Johnson was pinned as first sergeant by his wife and Command Sgt. Maj. Paul Breeding. Johnson replaced 1st Sgt. James Mancinelli who will transition to the logistics section at the brigade.
