The Delaware National Guard Marathon Team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska on May 3rd to compete in the 25th Annual Lincoln Marathon. For the past 19 years, the Lincoln Marathon has also served as the site for the National Guard Marathon trials. This year, almost 950 runners, including 250 Army and Air National Guard personnel from nearly all 54 states and territories, completed the race.
Other soldiers who completed the marathon were: Warrant Officer Candidate Greg Calloway (3:21:02) and Staff Sgt. Mike Jochen (4:10:13), both with the 287th Army Band, and Lt. Col.
