The Total Army Instructor Training Course (TAITC) conducted at 193rd Regional Training Institute is a great career enhancer. TAITC is taught by Sgt. 1st Class Jean Dowding, and Assistant Instructor, Sgt. 1st Class Margo Tingle. The focus is on the Army standard for organizing and presenting information that will be clearly understood by all. Training aids are encouraged and available if needed. Students are encouraged to be creative and interesting in making their presentation. Skills learned will follow you throughout your career and are also neccessary if you need to teach to groups. Course time is approx. 80 hours. The next class will start in January, so contact your unit to sign up.
