Kirkwood Award presented to 160th Engineer Co. commander

Brig. Gen. Ronald Stewart presented the "Robert Kirkwood Award" to Capt. William Z. Crouch on November 16. This award recognizes the outstanding performance Crouch maintained from October, 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
