By Senior Master Sgt. Gerald Dougherty
On Friday morning, October
12th, the 166th Airlift Wing honored its retiree
community by hosting its annual Retiree Breakfast on the New Castle County
Air Base. The breakfast is an opportunity for retirees from our Delaware
Air National Guard to be updated on current events, discuss issues, and
enjoy some camaraderie, said Col. Earl Jaques, Delaware Air Guard Deputy
Chief of Staff .
This year, Ed O’Dell, Dover’s Tricare Service Center Manager, was on hand to answer questions about the Tri-Care for Life program. And as is tradition, we also honored this year’s Air National Guard Honoree, Brig. Gen. (ret) William Hutchison by unveiling his name, which was inscribed on the side of one of our C-130s.
