DEERS/ID Card Services
The DEERS/RAPIDS Office issues new, or, updates existing Common Access Cards (CAC) and dependent ID cards. The CAC is an identification card with a tiny personal database embedded in it that can be used for access to buildings, networks, and email. CAC's are issued to all Active Duty/Reserve/Guard/DOD Civilians/DOD Contractors. All beneficiaries are reminded that their personal information must be current in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).
IMPORTANT!!
In order to receive an ID Card / CAC Card, you must have at least TWO (2) valid forms of identification. One(1) of those forms must be a photo ID. A current or expired ID card/CAC is considered a valid form of ID.
Hours of Operation
The DEERS/ID Card office is open for service every week
Monday* through Friday, 0730 - 1530 (3:30pm)
*Please note the DEERS/ID Card office is closed on some Mondays. Please call prior to coming on a Monday.
