SME will function under the guidance of the 193rd RTI and National Guard Bureau Training Division (NGB-ART) with coordinating authority across State and regional boundaries for the purpose of coordinating the flow of critical information between the Signal (SC) Proponent School and ARNG TASS schools, assist NGB-ART in the Training Coordination Conference (TCC) process and assist NGB with the staffing of issues within the SC training lane.
