The Emergency Operations & Communications Course (EOCC) will provide students with the understanding to operate most emergency radio systems. The EOCC also focuses on operating a radio net with other emergency agencies to include local and state police agencies, fire departments, department of transportation, FEMA and many others.

The course deals with antenna theory, maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and usage on all major radio systems to include the PRC-150 (replacing SINCGARS) and 800mhz.
